Our founder, hailing from Namibia, recalls a time when securing internships and jobs, especially in IT, was straightforward. Back then, it was as simple as walking across the street, dropping off your CV, and often starting work the very next day.

However, the landscape has changed. Many qualified professionals, including engineers and specialists from various fields, are now struggling to enter the job market. This situation is disheartening, as educated individuals are finding it increasingly difficult to become self-sustainable and shape their own futures.

Our commitment at Practical Mind Academy is to address this challenge by prioritizing our community. We are dedicated to developing most of our courses in collaboration with local creatives from Namibia, and eventually, contributors from around the globe. This approach not only empowers local talent but also ensures that they benefit from their practical initiatives.
