Practical Mind Academy was founded by a seasoned project manager with over 15 years of experience in IT, business analysis, project management, and creative fields. Our founder’s journey began in the IT industry as a software developer and Linux administrator. She then transitioned to the mining industry, where she deployed Laboratory Information Management Systems across countries such as Ivory Coast, South Africa, Australia, and Namibia. Midway through her career, she shifted her focus to business analysis and project management, gaining a wealth of experience and insights in the banking sector.

Throughout her career, our founder struggled with traditional learning methods and discovered that she learned best through practical experiences, visual aids, animations, and self-paced study. This personal challenge inspired the creation of Practical Mind Academy—a platform that accommodates diverse learning styles and emphasizes practical, hands-on education to help students start businesses faster or gain preference in the job market, given their practical knowledge and execution skills.
