1. Requirements to be a Tutor
To become a PMA Tutor, you must meet the following criteria:
- Expertise in Your Field: Whether you’re a seasoned professional or an experienced educator in bookkeeping, accounting, mathematics, business analysis, IT, project management, or any soft skills, we want to hear from you. Share your background and qualifications so we can understand how your expertise fits with our platform.
- Contact Information: Provide your email address and phone number for effective communication and support.
- Course Details: Share comprehensive information about the courses you wish to offer, including course outlines, learning objectives, and any relevant materials.
- Payment Information: Submit your bank account confirmation details to ensure secure and timely payouts.
- Content Authenticity: Ensure that all course content is original, accurate, and aligns with the high standards we uphold at PMA and the relevant international bodies.
- Complete Tutor Form: The link to complete a form by capturing all necessary information to initiate your journey as a PMA Tutor is available on our website.
- Approval Process: Once we verify that all requirements are met, we will invite you to our studios, where all the course will be recorded and published.
- Exception: Please note that we are not allowing instructors to upload their own courses at this stage. The onboarding process takes approximately 3 months, as we are responsible for handling all the recordings ourselves. We kindly ask for your patience, as the response process is lengthy.
2. Fees & Charges
Offering courses on PMA involves a commission structure designed to benefit both tutors and the communities we serve. The commission rates are based on the category of your courses and will be detailed in your agreement with us. Generally, we charge a 65% commission on all course fees, with the remaining 30% going to you. Additionally, 5% of every course fee is allocated to initiatives that support vulnerable communities by providing access to educational resources. Each year, we select beneficiaries to receive support, including access to our platform and other educational tools. Remember, we handle everything—from filming and editing to publishing and selling. All you need to do is record and relax. You will also have access to a platform where you can see how many students are signing up for your course and how you are generating revenue.
3. Tutor Dashboard
Upon approval, you will gain access to your Tutor Dashboard—your central hub for managing your PMA account:
- Performance Tracking: The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your course performance, allowing you to view enrollment figures, track earnings, and analyze student feedback.
- Account Management: Access all necessary tools to manage your account, track payments, and view financial statements.
The Tutor Dashboard is a one-stop shop for facilitating your teaching account on PMA. It streamlines your ability to manage courses and track your performance efficiently
4. Payment Process
For courses offered on PMA, payments are processed on a monthly basis. Once a student enrolls in a course, they gain access to the content based on the course type—digital content is delivered electronically. Customers are required to pay in full before they can access any course material.
Payments to tutors are aggregated monthly and disbursed once per month. Funds are transferred to your business or personal accounts based on the bank confirmation letter you provide. You will have complete access to your account statement through the Tutor Dashboard, allowing you to manage and view your earnings seamlessly.
